I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return when next visiting the Monterey area. The little cottage rooms are so quaint and the location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and Pacific Grove downtown and the Monarch Pub, which in my opinion, has the best Fish and Chips in the area!

It was conveniently located to Main Street shops and restaurants…just a 6-9 min walk. We were traveling with a relative who uses a walker. We had reached out to the property ahead of time even conveying they were in a wheelchair vs walker and asking for a room that would provide appropriate accommodation. We found that the property proved challenging for anyone handicapped. Lots of inclines, stairs here and there and uneven ground. It would have been helpful if the property had shared that reality in advance as we would have sought other accommodations. Besides that, the property was dated and we felt pricing was too high relative to the quality of the accommodations. It was clean, but dated.
